What is the current lead time for orders?
Most of our holsters are made to order with a current production lead time of 3-5 business days before shipping. Quick-ship items typically depart within 24-48 hours.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand by our craftsmanship. All Black Arch holsters include a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied with your holster, you can return it for a refund or exchange it for a different model within 30 days of receipt.
Can I use my holster with a weapon-mounted light or optic?
Many of our holster models, such as the Rev-Con and Entrada, are designed to be compatible with popular optics and weapon-mounted lights. Please check the specific product options for compatibility.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international territories. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
How do I care for my hybrid holster?
To maintain the leather on your hybrid holster, we recommend occasional cleaning with a damp cloth and applying a high-quality leather conditioner to prevent drying or cracking over time.
